The rules for using StarrScout

These Terms govern access to StarrScout, including the waitlist, accounts, uploads, AI analysis workflows, and public content features.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using StarrScout, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

  • You may use StarrScout only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and to use the service in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

3. Beta Service

StarrScout is being rolled out in stages. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed without notice. We may impose access limits, waitlists, qualification rules, or invite-only restrictions as we continue development.

4. Upload Rights And Permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you must have the legal right to upload, process, analyze, and, where applicable, publish that content.

  • You represent that you have all permissions, licenses, notices, and consents needed for footage, metadata, highlights, and related content.
  • If footage includes minors, you are responsible for ensuring any required parent, guardian, club, league, academy, school, or venue approvals are in place.
  • You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, data protection, or contractual rights.

5. License To Operate The Service

To run StarrScout, you grant Zyntria Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, format, transmit, display, and create service-generated outputs from your content solely for operating, improving, securing, and providing the service.

This includes generating AI analysis, rankings, summaries, highlight reels, and related outputs associated with your use of the platform.

6. Public Feed And Community Features

If you choose to post highlights or other content publicly, you authorize us to display that content within the public feed and related product surfaces. Public content may be viewed, shared, or discussed by others.

We may moderate, restrict, remove, or disable public content at our discretion where we believe it creates legal, safety, integrity, or policy concerns.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, probe, reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the service.
  • Do not use StarrScout to stalk, harass, defame, or expose personal information without authorization.
  • Do not use the platform or its outputs to make unlawful discriminatory decisions or to misrepresent scouting outcomes.

8. AI Outputs And No Guarantees

StarrScout may generate automated scores, timelines, summaries, rankings, tactical observations, and other outputs. These outputs are informational tools only.

  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, or wrong.
  • Outputs are not legal, medical, or professional scouting advice.
  • We do not guarantee recruitment, trial invitations, contracts, scholarships, or exposure outcomes.

9. Third-Party Services

StarrScout may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, storage, authentication, rendering, or other infrastructure. Their availability may affect the service, and their own terms and policies may also apply.

10. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to StarrScout if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, infringed rights, or used the product in a way that threatens the platform or others.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarrScout is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyntria Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, contracts, or reputation arising out of or relating to StarrScout.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
